Christian Aid Week this year runs from Sunday 10 May until Saturday 16 May.
Last year the sum of £4,523.37 was raised in the Whitehead area (excluding Gift Aid) by our team of collectors. There will be a Planning Evening for collectors old and new on the evening of Wednesday 29 April at 7.30pm in the Dobson Room. We know here is a constant demand on all our purses and on our time but if you are able, we hope you will be able to help Christian Aid financially again this year when the envelope drops through your door – or perhaps you may like to become one of our volunteers helping with this year’s door-to-door collection during that week in May.
